Canary Wharf in Safe Hands
canary_ wharf.jpgUniversal Group has for the eighth year running been awarded the management contract for the strategic and iconic Canary Wharf complex in London’s Docklands. The largest redevelopment site in Europe and a key location in London’s financial district, Canary Wharf is entrusting its vital voice communications to Universal Group.

Universal were first appointed to this role in mid 2000 and have since then provided on site engineers at One Canada Square as well as other technical resources to ensure full 24/7 support cover for the site. All aspects of the day to day administration and management of the telephone system are taken care of, from simple moves and changes to system diagnostics and fault resolution. In additional to their support role, Universal have also undertaken various new installation and upgrade projects as Canary Wharf has continued to be developed.

Universal Managing Director Terry Hunt remarked "We are delighted to be continuing our business relationship with Canary Wharf and we remain committed to providing the very highest levels of customer service and support."
